用光镜和透射电镜技术观察了12-38周胎儿卵巢组织发生中间质细胞的组织化学和超微结构的改变。在胚胎发育的第12周卵巢髓质近皮质区内已出现少量散在间质细胞,第15-16周间质细胞向皮质内侧份的生卵索周围延伸,数量渐增多,第19-30周数量减少,仅存在于皮质外侧份生卵索周围,第36周后少见。间质细胞同毛细血管具有密切关系。光镜下间质细胞体积较大,胞质着色淡,油红0方法显示质内含有较多的脂类内含物。电镜下间质细胞具有分泌类固醇激素细胞的超微结构特征,这表明它们可能在胚胎发育时期已具有分泌活动。本文就间质细胞细胞的发生来源及功能进行了初步探讨。
The changes of histochemistry and ultrastructure of stromal cells in fetal ovary tissues were observed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy at 12-38 weeks. In the 12th week of embryo development, a few interstitial cells appeared in the proximal cortex of ovarian medulla, and the number of stromal cells extended to the inner part of the cortex in the 15th to the 16th week. The number decreased, only exists in the cortical lateral part of the oocyte around the 36 weeks after the rare. Interstitial cells are closely related with capillaries. Under the light microscope, the volume of stromal cells is larger and the cytoplasm is faint. The method of oil red 0 shows that there are many lipid inclusions in the cytoplasm. Electron microscopy stromal cells have the ultrastructural characteristics of secreting steroid hormone cells, suggesting that they may already have secretory activity during embryonic development. In this paper, the origin and function of stromal cells were discussed.
