利用热重分析技术对不同掺混比例下的平朔煤和生物质混合焦的燃烧特性进行了实验研究,并考察了生物质掺混比例对混合焦燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,随着生物质掺混比例的增加,混合焦的着火温度和燃尽温度逐渐降低,而且其着火稳燃特性指数和燃烧特性指数也相应增大。当生物质掺混比例为70%时,混合焦的燃烧速率值最大,燃烧性能相对较好。同时,木屑焦和稻秸秆焦的活化能都要比平朔煤焦的小,而混合焦的活化能介于生物质焦和平朔煤焦之间,随着生物质掺混比例的增加,混合焦的活化能相应减小,说明掺混生物质能够促进混合焦的燃烧,改善混合焦的燃烧性能。
The thermogravimetric analysis was used to investigate the combustion characteristics of the coke mixed with coal and biomass at different mixing ratios. The effects of biomass blending ratio on the coke combustion process were also investigated. The results showed that the ignition temperature and the burnout temperature of the mixed coke decreased with the increase of biomass blending ratio, and the ignition stability index and the combustion index also increased accordingly. When the proportion of biomass was 70%, the burning rate of mixed coke was the highest and the combustion performance was relatively good. At the same time, the activation energy of woodchip coke and rice straw coke is smaller than that of Pingshuo coal coke, while the activation energy of coke coke is between that of biomass coke and Pingshuo coal coke. With the increase of biomass blending ratio, The coke activation energy is correspondingly reduced, indicating that the blended biomass can promote the combustion of mixed coke and improve the coke combustion performance.
