本文阐述了应用我室倡导的群体改良与自交系和杂交种选育相结合的方法选育玉米自交系48—2的具体方法步骤。同时对48—2的配合力、自身产量潜力、抗病性以及主要特征特性进行了研究。结果证明48—2是一个在配合力高、自身产量高、高抗病力的结合上有突破性的“三高”自交系,已配出川农单交9号、川农单交10号、90074三个优良杂交种,具有广泛的利用价值。
In this paper, we describe the specific method steps to breed maize inbred line 48-2 using the combination of population improvement, inbred lines and hybrid seed selection advocated by our lab. At the same time, 48-2 combining ability, its own yield potential, disease resistance and the main characteristics were studied. The results showed that 48-2 was a breakthrough “three high” inbred lines with high combining ability, high yield and high disease resistance. , 90074 three excellent hybrids, with a wide range of value.
