ig乌鸡白凤口服液与丸4g、2g、1g/kg.d连续15天,对正常小鼠口服液与丸剂的游泳时间、断头张口喘气时间明显延长,高温条件下的存活率比对照组明显提高;在低温条件下,口服液三个剂量组的小鼠存活率比对照组明显提高,丸剂仅见提高倾向;口服液与丸所试剂量组对常压缺氧条件下的存活时间均无明显影响。对饥饿致脾虚小鼠,口服液与丸剂大剂量组常压缺氧条件下存活时间明显延长,高温条件下存活率明显提高,口服液大剂量组、丸剂大、中剂量组低温条件下存活率有提高倾向,对游泳时间、断头张口喘气时间均无明显影响
