在标准当量电价法的基础上发展了一种简易当量电价法。可以免去专门的优化软件、随机生产模拟技术和所有机组影子容量成本的评价等较为复杂的环节,同时保留了当量电价方法的主要特性与功能,既便于理解和应用,又有别于英国方法和两部制电价法,适用于发展中国家。发现了标准当量电价法中的特征量——准当量,提出虚拟机组和可行域的新概念,发展了一个极大极小两次排序确定边际电价的新方法,以及容量效益的合理分摊等。最后给出了其机理分析和算例。
Based on the standard equivalent electricity price method, a simple equivalent electricity price method has been developed. Specialized optimization software, random production simulation technology and evaluation of the shadow capacity cost of all units can be eliminated, while the main features and functions of the equivalent price method can be eliminated, which is not only easy to understand and apply, but also different from the UK method. The two-part tariff method applies to developing countries. The feature-quasi-equivalence of the standard equivalent electricity price method was discovered, a new concept of virtual units and feasible regions was proposed, a new method of determining the marginal price by two orders of maximum and minimum was developed, and the reasonable apportionment of the capacity efficiency was also developed. Finally, the mechanism analysis and calculation examples are given.
