目的:探讨冠心病患者的优质护理措施和效果。方法:选择阳江市人民医院58例冠心病患者,以随机方式分为观察组和对照组,每组29例,对照组给予常规的护理,观察组给予全方位的优质护理,比较两组患者心理状态和满意度。结果:观察组焦虑程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度96.55%高于对照组72.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理强化了冠心病患者的常规护理,使患者达到最佳的心理状态,满意度高。
Objective: To explore the quality nursing measures and effect of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with coronary heart disease in Yangjiang People’s Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group received all-round quality nursing. Status and satisfaction. Results: The degree of anxiety in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55% higher than that of the control group (72.41%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality nursing strengthens the routine care of patients with coronary heart disease, so that patients achieve the best psychological state, high satisfaction.
