雄性Wistar大鼠,麻醉开胸后,结扎左冠状动脉主支5分钟后再恢复血液灌注10分钟,造成心再灌实验模型,用RM—6000多道生理记录仪动态监测心功能及心电图,并进行实验治疗。证实654—2和超氧化物歧化酶均能明显减轻再灌时心功能异常和心律紊乱。
Male Wistar rats were anesthetized and opened for 5 minutes after ligation of the left main branch of the coronary artery and blood perfusion was resumed for 10 minutes. The experimental model of cardiac reperfusion was established. Heart function and electrocardiogram were dynamically monitored with RM-6000 multi-channel physiological recorders. Perform experimental treatment. It was confirmed that 654-2 and superoxide dismutase could significantly reduce cardiac dysfunction and arrhythmia during reperfusion.
