高等院校作为我国人才培养的核心力量,培养综合素质高的青年学生具有不可推卸的责任。而对于高等院校在校大学生而言,锻炼健康的体魄、塑造优良的形体、具备一定的防御自卫能力是高校的体育训练目标,也是培养高综合素质学生的必备因素。起源于欧美的有氧搏击操,具有加强的节奏、较现代的运动审美,是激活力健康的运动项目中的一种,在美国高等院校已经得到高度推广。而有氧搏击操作为活力、健康又的体育项目,其在我国高校体育教学项目中应该加以推广和普及。科学的有氧搏击操运动能增强学生的身体免疫抵抗力、安全防御能力以及学生的自信心、审美情趣等。因此,在高校普及搏击操体育项目具有重要意义。
