目的观察星状神经节阻滞治疗血管性头痛的效果。方法本组病例星状神经节阻滞均采用1％利多卡因经气管旁阻滞,每日1次,12次为1疗程。结果本组40例均经1疗程治疗,优效与良效者共35例,有效率为87．5％。结论星状神经节阻滞是治疗血管性头痛有效的方法之一,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on vascular headache. Methods The patients with stellate ganglion block 1% lidocaine tracheal block, 1 day, 12 times as a course of treatment. Results The group of 40 cases were treated by a course of treatment, excellent and good effect were a total of 35 cases, the effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block is one of the effective methods to treat vascular headache and is worth promoting.
