“入世”一方面将极大地拓展国内企业的国际发展空间,为其长远发展带来难得的机遇;另一方面,外国企业将更容易介入国内市场,从而不可避免地对国内企业形成直接的压力与冲击。当大家把关注的目光都投向农业、汽车制造业、金融业等所谓受冲击最大的行业时,天然气供应业几乎成了被遗忘的角落。实际上,对于还在发展初期,长期受政府保护,基本处于垄断地位的我国天然气供应业,“入世”所受的冲击和压力更加巨大。但现在争论受益或冲击大小已经没有实际意义,当前最需要的是“思筹之策”。面对挑战和机遇,天然气供应业该如何应对?这才是最重要的。
