分别研究了丁苯聚合物乳液对水泥凝结时间、减水率、保水率、强度等基本性能的影响,结果表明:随着丁苯聚合物乳液掺量的增加,水泥净浆凝结时间延长;砂浆减水率、保水率明显提高;砂浆抗压强度明显减小,抗折强度有所提高,压折比减小;通过对化学结合水及Ca(OH)2分析得出丁苯聚合物明显减缓水泥3d早期水化进程,对28d龄期后水化进程影响较小。
The effects of styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion on basic properties such as setting time, water-reducing rate, water holding capacity and strength of cement were studied respectively. The results show that the setting time of cement paste is extended with the increase of the content of styrene- Water-reducing rate and water-holding rate obviously increased; the compressive strength of mortar decreased obviously, the flexural strength increased and the crimp ratio decreased; the butylbenzene polymer remarkably slowed down by the analysis of chemically bound water and Ca (OH) 2 The early hydration process of cement 3d has little effect on the hydration process after 28 days.
