肉鸡业是吉林省畜牧业中的主导产业,已建立了相对完善的全产业链体系,但其价格波动较大。笔者以2002—2015年吉林省肉鸡价格为研究对象,从生产者角度运用商品构成理论分析吉林省肉鸡价格波动影响因素,采用AMOS软件,利用结构方程模型,验证并量化物质资本、劳动、地租、利润对吉林省肉鸡价格波动影响的路径及具体程度。结果表明:物质成本、劳动工资对肉鸡价格的影响显著,而土地成本、利润虽然对肉鸡价格有影响,但并不显著。
Broiler industry is the leading industry in animal husbandry in Jilin Province, has established a relatively complete system of the whole industry chain, but its price volatility. In this paper, the price of broiler chicken in Jilin Province from 2002 to 2015 is taken as the research object. From the producer’s point of view, the article uses the theory of product composition to analyze the influencing factors of broiler price fluctuation in Jilin Province. Using AMOS software, the structural equation model is used to verify and quantify the material capital, labor, Profit Path and Specific Level of Price Fluctuation of Chicken in Jilin Province. The results show that the material cost and labor wages have a significant impact on the price of broiler chickens, while the land cost and profit have no significant impact on broiler prices.
