应用特异的降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)放射免疫测定技术观察了2、4、6周肾性高血压(RH)大鼠血浆及主动脉组织中CGRP的水平。结果显示:各时期RH大鼠血浆中CGRP含量明显低于同期对照(C)组,而主动脉组织中CGRP含量显著高于同期C组。提示组织中CGRP的释放减少和循环血中其含量不足可能与肾性高血压发病有关。
The levels of CGRP in plasma and aorta of renal hypertensive (RH) rats at 2, 4 and 6 weeks were observed by using specific calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma levels of CGRP in RH rats at each time point were significantly lower than those in the control group (C), while the contents of CGRP in aorta were significantly higher than those in the control rats at the same period. Suggesting that the reduction of CGRP release in tissues and the insufficient content of circulating blood may be related to the pathogenesis of renal hypertension.
