Recently,the historians of science and technology discussed about research program of science and technology and empire in the international academic conference of history of science,they are having much interest about research program of science and technology and empire internationally. Recently,in Japan,Japanese historian of science and technology have interest about Area where Japan colonized before world warⅡ,they are researching the activities of Scientist and technician there.In this report,I pay attention to Mantetu central research institution which was established by Shinpei Gotou who was a first president of Mantetu as research institution of science in South Manchrian railway company on northeast area of China in 1907 from view of it’s program.In this case,There are three main point that I want to report about Mantetu central research institution.The first point is intention and aim for that Shinpei Gotou established Mantetu central research institution.I will report intention and aim for that Shinpei Gotou established Mantetu central research institution. The second point is the contents of activities in it,and scientist and technician in it. I will report the contents of activities in it,and scientist and technician in it as possible as concrete,and I speak some peculiarity of them.The third point is the role that Mantetu central research institution accomplish.I will report howthe character of Mantetu central research institution changed,and how role Mantetu central research institution play with an age. Recently,I heard that Chinese historian of science and technology research the history Of science and technology on the area where were colonized by Japanese imperialism. ,so I want to listen to a comment of Chinese researcher for my report,and I want to associate with Chinese researcher scholarly.
