目的:探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法:分析78例宫腔镜手术子宫内膜息肉患者,对治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、随访等进行观察。结果:所有患者均1次手术成功,无并发症发生,手术时间20~45分钟,出血量5~40ml,随访2年,1年内无复发,12~24个月复发3例。结论:宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效确切,具有创伤小、出血少、复发率低的特点,对于不孕症患者更为首选 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods: 78 cases of hysteroscopic endometrial polyps patients were analyzed, the treatment effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, complications, follow-up were observed. Results: All patients were successful in one operation without complications. The operation time was 20 to 45 minutes and the bleeding volume was 5 to 40ml. No follow-up occurred within 1 year and 3 cases were relapsed within 12 to 24 months after 2 years follow-up.
