宿迁开发区光电中心光电塔结构采用交叉网格筒中筒钢结构体系,基础形式为桩基础。光电塔表皮为复杂异形曲面,塔处于高烈度区且受风荷载大,如何确定结构的空间布置、设计复杂结构及其连接节点为设计难点。介绍了光电塔结构体系、杆件截面形式及设计目标;基于MIDAS Gen,YJK软件对上部结构进行了计算以确保分析结果的可靠性,在计算时除考虑恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载、地震作用外,还考虑了温度作用,并对结构的整体稳定性进行了分析;对典型复杂节点受力性能以及基于CATIA二次开发技术进行节点设计及其施工图生成进行了初步介绍。计算结果表明设计目标均满足规范要求。
