在分析目前的关键链项目管理汇入缓冲设置常用方法及其优缺点的基础上,综合考虑项目的资源约束、不确定性等多种因素对工序延误的影响,提出基于PCA的汇入缓冲设置新方法,旨在解决汇入缓冲设置可能引起的项目资源冲突、关键链断裂、进度失控等问题,并通过实证分析验证了该方法的合理性与可行性。
Based on the analysis of the commonly used methods and the advantages and disadvantages of the import buffer settings in the current key-chain project management, the impact of the various factors such as resource constraints and uncertainties on the process delay is considered, and the PCA-based import buffer setting The new method aims to solve the problems such as project resource conflict, key chain breakage and schedule out of control which may be caused by the import buffer settings. The empirical analysis shows that the proposed method is reasonable and feasible.
