由于在以往的许多数字锁相环中,是靠一个很大倍数的分频器来保证相位调整精度,因而限制了数字锁相技术在高频场合的应用。本文提出了一种组合式全数字锁相环,并对环路进行了理论分析、计算机仿真和电路实验。结果均表明:这种组合式全数字锁相环可以把数字锁相环的现有工作频率提高数十倍;而且,环路对相位抖动的抑制能力几乎与频偏无关。
Because many digital phase-locked loop in the past, rely on a very high frequency divider to ensure the accuracy of phase adjustment, thus limiting the digital phase-locked technology in high-frequency applications. This paper presents a combined all-digital phase-locked loop, and the theoretical analysis of the loop, computer simulation and circuit experiments. The results show that this combination of all-digital phase-locked loop digital phase-locked loop can increase the existing operating frequency of dozens of times; Moreover, the loop phase jitter suppression almost independent of frequency offset.
