铝合金传动部件的压铸生产技术研究

差速器壳体采用铝合金材质,是煤矿用洒水车重要的传动部件;其结构繁杂,品质要求苛刻,难以成形。因而研制了一套高效的压铸生产技术。合理应用数值仿真、真空压铸、局部增压技术,引入了自主研发的脱模剂自动配比压送装置,有效改善了铸件品质,实现了工业级的、批量化稳定生产。 Differential shell with aluminum alloy, coal mine sprinkler is an important transmission components; its complex structure, demanding quality, difficult to shape. Thus developed a set of efficient die-casting production technology. Reasonable application of numerical simulation, vacuum die-casting, partial pressurization technology, the introduction of self-developed release agent automatic proportioning pressure delivery device, effectively improving the quality of castings, to achieve the industrial-level, batch and stable production.
