为了保障油田天然气生产工作,实现天然气的开源节流、节气挖潜,针对兴隆台采油厂的采油系统井口用加热炉开展节气研究。通过在井口加热炉安装应用加热炉温度自动控制装置,利用后端输油温度信号的反馈,结合自动控制阀体的结构特点,自动调节加热炉供气系统,提高燃烧、节气效果。在兴采现场实验应用100台自动控制装置,热效率和节能率提高,节气效果明显,适合在井口炉应用。
In order to ensure the natural gas production in the oilfield, realize the open-source and economical cutting-off of natural gas and the potential of solar terms, we conducted a solar term study on the wellhead of the oil production system in Xinglongtai Oil Production Plant. Through the application of automatic furnace temperature control device in the furnace at the wellhead, the feedback of the temperature signal of back-end oil delivery and the structural characteristics of the valve body are automatically controlled to automatically adjust the supply system of the heating furnace to improve the combustion and solar-energy-saving effect. In Xing mining field experiment application of 100 automatic control device, thermal efficiency and energy saving rate, solar term effect is obvious, suitable for wellhead furnace applications.
