素质教育倡导人人有受教育的权利,强调学生全面发展的同时,更重视学生的个别差异性,要求充分发展学生的个性。而班级授课制的先天缺陷忽视了人的个性差异,导致学生的个性无法全面发展。只有采取分类群、分层次教学方法,通过大力开展语文实践活动,达到语文素养发展性、个性、选择性的要求,实现高中语文教学的目标。
Quality education advocates that everyone has the right to education, emphasizes the overall development of students at the same time, pay more attention to the individual differences of students, requiring full development of student personality. However, the inherent defects of the class teaching system neglect the individual differences of personality, resulting in the students' individuality being unable to develop in an all-round way.
