采用C(57)BL/b和Balb/C两种主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)完全不相同的近交系小鼠作为动物模型,对新鲜异体牙硬组织和(60)Co照射处理异体牙的免疫原性进行研究。通过检测宿主的抗体-补体介导的细胞杀伤(ACMC)、细胞介导的细胞杀伤(CMC)反应,发现异体牙移植后,新鲜异体牙(硬组织)引起的ACMC和CMC反应,与经(60)Co照射处理异体牙的ACMC和CMC有显著性差异(P<0.05)结果说明,经(60)Co照射处理异体牙的免疫原性较低,具有较好的组织相容性。
