目的:探讨蟾酥“解毒止痛”功效与质量的相关性,为以药效评价药材质量提供依据。方法:以干酵母致热模型、醋酸扭体法、二甲苯致耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致足肿胀及醋酸致毛细血管通透性升高等致炎模型,分别检测不同质量蟾酥药材的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用;并应用灰关联分析方法,对所测定的药效结果进行分析评价。结果:应用灰关联的方法,对蟾酥“解毒止痛”作用的评价结果,与其质量评价结果具有一致性。结论:蟾酥“解毒止痛”药效与质量相关,可为建立以“临床功效”为核心与导向的蟾酥品质评价模式提供参考。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the efficacy and quality of Toad ’s detoxication and analgesia, and to provide the basis for evaluating the quality of medicinal materials by using pharmacodynamics. Methods: The model of induced inflammation was induced by dry yeast heating model, acetic acid writhing method, xylene induced ear swelling, carrageenan induced foot swelling and acetic acid induced capillary permeability. , Analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects; and application of gray correlation analysis method, the measured efficacy of the results were analyzed and evaluated. Results: The gray relational method was used to evaluate the effect of Toad ’s “detoxification and analgesic effect”, which was consistent with the results of its quality evaluation. CONCLUSION: Toad “detoxification analgesic” is related to the quality and efficacy, and may provide a reference for establishing the quality evaluation model of toad with “clinical efficacy” as its core and orientation.
