CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道是高速铁路的新型轨道结构,其结构性能的好坏直接影响到高速铁路运营的安全与舒适。在钢轨铺设完成后若轨道板底与CA砂浆层之间出现缝隙,将会影响轨道的平顺性,进而影响到列车运行的平稳与舒适性。对CRSTⅠ型轨道板铺设完成后在未铺设钢轨和铺设短钢轨2种状态下,其垂直方向的翘曲变形进行观测,得到轨道板翘曲变形、离缝与环境温度和温差的相互关系,总结出轨道板翘曲变形、离缝的规律,提出减少无砟轨道板裂纹、控制翘曲和离缝现象的注意事项与建议措施,为无砟轨道板的预制、铺设提供参考。
CRTS Ⅰ ballastless track is a new type of track structure for high-speed railway. Its structural performance directly affects the safety and comfort of high-speed railway operation. If the gap between track bottom and CA mortar layer occurs after the rail laying is completed, the smoothness of the track will be affected and the smooth and comfortable operation of the train will be affected. After the laying of CRST Ⅰ track plate is finished, the warp deformation in the vertical direction is observed under the condition of no laying of steel rail and laying of short rail, and the relationship between the warpage of the rail plate, the distance between the crack and the ambient temperature and the temperature difference is obtained. Warping and delamination of the track slab, the precautions and suggestions for reducing the crack of the ballastless track slab, controlling the warpage and leaving the slab are put forward, which can provide references for the prefabrication and laying of the ballastless track slab.
