人们通常对未知寄托无限幻想,也对未知充满恐惧,在等待中经受担心失败的煎熬,有的时候这种紧张感十分强烈,以致可能让人虚脱或心理崩溃。一定的焦虑是必要的,可以让人保持警惕,但我们需要避免持续性或是超出心理承受能力的焦虑。心理学的研究已经发现,在一定范围内,压力和忧虑感可以有效提高人的表现水平,但如果压力继续增加,这一切就会颠倒过来,心理学上将之称为行为的衰退或者心理衰竭。
Often, people have an unknown fantasies of unknown sustenance. They are also full of fear of the unknown, waiting to suffer the fear of failure. Sometimes this tension is so intense that collapse or psychological collapse may occur. Certain anxiety is necessary to be on the alert, but we need to avoid anxiety that is persistent or beyond psychological capacity.
