简要介绍近年发展起来的处理奥氏体不锈钢表面的新技术——PST技术。该技术成功地运用现代表面物理-化学,表面工程和物理冶金相结合的原理,使奥氏体不锈钢表面形成一层厚度为几十微米的强化层。这一强化层不但具有高硬度和优良的耐磨性能,而且具有不差于或者优于奥氏体不锈钢本身的耐腐蚀性能,且处理温度低。因此,PST技术可用于处理各种奥氏体不锈钢零件,从而得到优良的综合机械及化学性能,提高零件的使用效果和寿命。
A brief introduction to the recent development of austenitic stainless steel surface treatment of new technologies - PST technology. The technology successfully uses modern surface physics - chemistry, surface engineering and physical metallurgy combined principle, the austenitic stainless steel surface to form a layer of thickness of tens of microns of strengthening layer. This reinforced layer not only has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, but also has corrosion resistance not worse than or better than that of austenitic stainless steel itself, and the treatment temperature is low. Therefore, PST technology can be used to handle a variety of austenitic stainless steel parts, resulting in excellent overall mechanical and chemical properties, improve the use of parts and life expectancy.
