小学语文课堂中教师理答行为的探索分析

教师理答行为从根本上而言就是针对课堂教学活动开展过程中教师与学生之间的互动交流,新课程教学改革提倡教师与学生之间的关系转化,要求教师走进学生、了解学生,更好地帮助学生解决问题,提高教学质量。然而在实际教学过程中,教师理答行为却存在很多问题和误区,如何进行改善,形成积极的理答互动成为当下教师教学的关键。以此为出发点,简单就小学语文课堂中教学理答行为进行探究与分析。 The rationale for answering questions and answers by teachers is essentially the interaction between teachers and students in the process of teaching activities in the classroom. The new curriculum reform promotes the transformation of relations between teachers and students, and requires teachers to walk into students and understand students. Good to help students solve problems and improve teaching quality. However, in the actual teaching process, there are many problems and misunderstandings in the teacher’s response behavior. How to improve and form a positive interaction between the rational response and the teacher becomes the key to the current teacher’s teaching. Using this as a starting point, we can simply explore and analyze the teaching Acts in primary Chinese class.
