在“2016全国美丽学校文化建设研讨会”上,与会者就校长空间领导力、学校建筑设计与学校文化营造、面向未来的学校设计等主题进行交流与对话。提出校长空间领导力表现在校长领导空间建设和空间使用方面,它同时也是一种教育教学领导力;明确空间重构是教育重构的重要组成部分,学校空间设计与变革必须建立“跨界”思维,遵循“儿童定制”的理念,为未来留下“空间进化”的可能。
