患儿男,9岁。3天前患儿自觉周身不适,发热,体温37.9℃,睾丸略有疼痛。2天前晨起,周身皮肤瘙痒,并发现有几个散在皮疹,睾丸疼痛较前加重,阴囊皮肤上有四个水疱样皮疹。家长给予安痛定片和头孢氨苄胶丸口服一次。后因发现全身皮疹增多而来我院。查体:体温37.9℃,面、躯干、阴囊皮肤及肛周可见红色小斑疹、丘疹、疱疹。阴囊皮肤略有水肿,左侧睾丸增大并有触痛。血常规:白细胞7.9×10~9/L,中性粒细胞占
