以中国对虾为实验动物,在基础饲料中添加不同含量的VE和裂壶藻,配制成3种试验饲料,即B组(1%裂壶藻)、C组(400mg/kgVE)、D组(400mg/kgVE+1%裂壶藻),以基础饲料为A组(对照饲料),进行为期1个月的饲养。应用实时定量PCR方法研究了不同浓度的VE对中国对虾血液、肌肉及肝胰腺中TLR、NF-κB基因表达的影响。结果表明:1)饲料中添加裂壶藻和VE与对照组相比显著提高中国对虾体长、体质量、特定生长率和成活率,并且2种都添加的D组效果更显著(P<0.05)。2)饲料中添加裂壶藻和VE比对照组显著降低血液、肝胰腺和肌肉中TLR、NF-κB基因的表达水平,且VE和裂壶藻联合对免疫基因的调控能力更加显著(P<0.05)。这些结果表明饲料中添加400mg/kgVE+1%裂壶藻能显著促进中国对虾生长,提高存活率及对TLR、NF-κB两种免疫功能基因的调控能力。
The experiment was conducted in the experiment. Prawn was used as the experimental animal, VE and Hydnacea were added to the basal diet to prepare three kinds of test feed, namely, group B (1% Campylobacter), group C (400 mg / kgVE), group D 400mg / kgVE + 1% Crappophae), with the basic feed for group A (control feed), a one-month feeding. The effects of different concentrations of VE on TLR and NF-κB gene expression in blood, muscle and hepatopancreas of Penaeus chinensis were studied by real-time PCR. The results showed that: 1) The addition of Pycnopina and VE to the diet significantly increased the body length, body weight, specific growth rate and survival rate of the control group, and more significant effects were observed in both groups (P <0.05 ). 2) The addition of Pycnopia sp. And VE to the diet significantly reduced the expression of TLR and NF-κB in blood, hepatopancreas and muscle compared with the control group, and the combination of VE and Pythium increased the regulation of immune genes (P < 0.05). These results indicate that the addition of 400mg / kgVE + 1% Campylobacter to feed can significantly promote the growth of Penaeus chinensis, improve the survival rate and regulate the immune function genes of TLR and NF-κB.
