针对45钢制摩托车曲柄轴颈部位表面高频感应加热淬火冷却一直沿用NaCl水溶液对工件、淬火装置和周围机械加工设备锈蚀严重的问题,通过试验与分析,采用HSLY环保类盐防锈型水溶性淬火介质取代了NaCl水溶液。结果表明,与原传统的NaCl水溶液相比,对工件采用一定浓度的HSLY水溶性淬火介质冷却不仅能够满足该产品的技术要求,而且还具有良好的防锈效果。同时,讨论了影响工件高频感应淬火质量的几个主要因素,并简要介绍了HSLY水溶性淬火介质的特点、使用维护要点和生产应用。
