钢铁材料的高温硫化腐蚀是在炼油、石油化工、火力发电、煤的气化液化以及各种燃料炉中普遍遇到的一类高温腐蚀问题。原则上,金属的硫化与氧化在很多方面行为是相似的,但硫化速度一般比氧化速度要高一至两个数量级,因此硫化环境比单纯的氧化环境要苛刻的多,高温硫化腐蚀在各类高温腐蚀事例中占有很大的比重(1),(2)。近年来,由于含硫量较高的劣质燃料和原油的应用范围不断扩大,实际环境中遇到的高温硫化腐蚀问题也日益增多。
High temperature sulfide corrosion of steel materials is a type of high temperature corrosion problems commonly encountered in oil refining, petrochemical, thermal power generation, coal gasification and liquefaction, and various fuel furnaces. In principle, the vulcanization and oxidation of metals are similar in many aspects, but the vulcanization rate is generally one to two orders of magnitude higher than the oxidation rate, so the vulcanization environment is harsher than the simple oxidation environment. Corrosion cases account for a large proportion (1), (2). In recent years, due to the higher sulfur content of low-quality fuel and crude oil applications continue to expand, the actual environment encountered high temperature sulfide corrosion problems are also increasing.
