本刊最近兩期連績發表了合江農垦局三个会議的消息和文件,这些消息和文件:有用“以共產主义的風格組織生産,以共産主义的風格建設生活”为題,轉發了該局在宝泉嶺農場召开現場会議的消息;有以“破清規戒律,闊步大躍進”为題,轉發了本部張林池副部長7月19日在合江農垦局場長,党委書記会議上的总結摘要;以及本期轉發的該局“关于貫徹場長党委書記会議和兩个现場会議精神的指示”,并反映了農場及生產隊貫徹三个会議精神的活动情况。本刊介紹合江農垦局7月份的三个会議,都是在本部王震部長和張林池副部長親自主持下召开的。从發表的会議文件和会后農場及生產隊貫徹执行的活动情况來看,有力地說明了三个会議都是具有共產主义的風格,大破大立,旗帜鮮明,措施有力,富有生命力的会議。这就是办國营農牧場要依靠誰、为了誰、办什么样的農牧場,以及用什么方法办農牧場的問題。因而也就为我們農垦事業在党的总路綫光輝照耀下开辟了發展中的正确道路,丰富和發展了2月会議所提出的“五边”方針。因此,合江農垦局三个会議的精神,不僅限于該区本身,而对全國國营農牧場都有積極的現实意义。为此,我們建議从事農垦事業的干部,都認真地研究一下本刊介紹的三个会議的文件,并結合本区,本埸的情况,以合江農垦局三个会議的精神,切实政变國营農牧場的面貌。
