城市集中供热在现代生活中的作用越来越大,通过分析城市集中供热应急管理辅助决策系统开发的重要性,采用模型库、知识库、数据库、方法库典型四库系统结构,给出了模型的框架,使用规则匹配和案例检索两种子系统辅助决策者为突发事故及时有效地生成处置方案,把原有案例使用特征属性的方法转化为系统可识别的表达语言,利用相似度的原理,使案例匹配更加科学,并且系统具备自学习功能,随着案例的增多,决策提供的辅助作用将更加合理.
