健康教育在类风湿性关节炎患者中的应用

类风湿关节炎(以下简称RA)是一种累及周围关节为主的多系统炎症性自身免疫病。患者症状以关节疼痛、僵硬和畸形为主、可累及多脏器,严重影响患者的工作和生活,给患者带来严重身心痛苦。健康教育对本病的预防和康复具有重要意义。通过健康教育,使患者对疾病相关知识有明确认识,保持良好心态,树立正确健康信念,从而积极配合治疗护理,达到控制疾病发展,降低致残率,促进身心康复的目的。
