招商是当今经济一体化趋势日益加强的形势下广泛运用的一种经济交往方式,需要跨学科、跨专业的专业学问。招商策划是运用招商人员的知识和智慧,筹划一系列活动去吸引外来资金项目落户的活动。作为一名合格的招商人员,既需要扎实的经济、法律、外语等专业知识,也需要广泛的公关、洽谈等技能。更重要的是,招商人员能把自己的知识和智慧运用到招商活动中,融汇于招商过程中,筹划一系列的行动来吸引外来资金和项目落户。招商策划有多种多样的形式,招商人员要根据自己的目标和能力,依据客观环境,来策划其中的一种或几种形式,并力图取得最好的效益。
