在制动负荷较高的情况下,制动盘等的摩擦表面就会产生热斑和热裂等热现象。要解决这一问题,需对制动摩擦热做出精确的预测。文章使用二维和三维有限元模型,在小型摩擦试验机上对制动盘和制动块的摩擦热进行了预测和导热分析。结果表明,用有限元法进行导热分析能够预测制动盘和制动块的摩擦热。
Under the condition of high braking load, the friction surface of the brake disc and the like will generate hot phenomena such as hot spots and hot cracking. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a precise prediction of brake friction heat. In this paper, two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element models are used to predict the frictional heat of the brake disc and the brake pads on a small friction tester. The results show that the thermal analysis of the finite element method can predict the frictional heat between the brake disc and the brake pad.
