北京大学“中学校长实名推荐制”本质上是高考招生委托代理制度。这一制度有利于高校自主招生制度深化和人才培养模式的改革,但也存在逆向选择和道德风险问题;要避免和解决这些问题,应该建立“为国选材,唯才是举”的导向,逐步建立社会的诚信体系,建立优秀中学校长激励机制,加强对推荐过程有效的监督和结果准确的评价,建立推荐人承诺制和问责制度。 Peking University “high school principal real-name recommendation system ” is essentially the college entrance examination commissioned by the agency system.
