目的 :探讨 IL- 2、IL- 6在肺癌发病中的作用。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)测定了 2 1例非小细胞肺癌(NSCL C)、17例小细胞肺癌 (SCL C)及 10例健康人血清 IL- 2、IL- 6水平 ,统计学处理用两样本均数的 t检验。结果 :SCL C组血清 IL - 2、 IL - 6水平分别为 2 0 4.5 9± 32 .96 ng/L ,6 1.49± 2 7.93ng/L ,NSCL C组血清 IL - 2、 IL - 6水平分别为 2 0 9.46± 32 .98ng/L,6 0 .96± 2 3.13ng/L,而正常对照组分别为 2 5 7.45± 2 9.93ng/L,80 .11± 11.10 ng/L。结果显示两组患者血清 IL - 2、 IL - 6水平明显低于正常对照组 (SCL C组 IL - 2 ,t=3.83,P<0 .0 1;IL - 6 ,t=2 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ;NSCL C组 IL - 2 ,t=3.5 4,P<0 .0 1;IL - 6 ,t=2 .39,P<0 .0 5 )。而在两组患者比较 ,各指标差异均无显著性 (ΙL - 2 ,t=0 .35 ,P>0 .0 5 ;IL- 6 ,t=0 .0 1,P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :肺癌患者 IL- 2、IL- 6水平降低 ,结果还提示这些免疫异常在各种不同类型肺癌中均存在 ,这些细胞因子可能在肺癌发病过程中起着某种作用。通过纠正这些免疫失常将成为肺癌治疗的重要方面。
Objective: To explore the role of IL-2 and IL-6 in the pathogenesis of lung cancer. Methods: Serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in 21 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCL C), 17 patients with small cell lung cancer (SCL C) and 10 healthy individuals were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EL ISA). Statistical analysis was performed using a two-sample t-test. Results: The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in SCL C group were 2 0 4.5 9 ± 32 .96 ng/L and 6 1.49± 2 7.93 ng/L, respectively. The levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 in NSCL C group were respectively. They were 9.46± 32.98 ng/L and 6 0 .96± 2 3.13 ng/L, respectively, whereas the normal controls were 2 5 7.45± 2 9.93 ng/L and 80.11± 11.10 ng/L. The results showed that serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (SCL C group IL-2, t=3.83, P<0.01; IL-6, t=2.05, P<0.05; NSCL C group IL-2, t=3.54, P<0. 01; IL-6, t=2.39, P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in each index between the two groups (ΙL-2, t=0.35, P>0.05; IL-6, t=0.0 1, P>0.05). . Conclusions: The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in lung cancer patients were decreased. The results also suggest that these immune abnormalities exist in various types of lung cancer. These cytokines may play a role in the pathogenesis of lung cancer. Correcting these immune disorders will become an important aspect of lung cancer treatment.
