生活工作中,人们往往同时干好几样事情,比如,一边做作业一边看电视,或者一边上网一边和家人交谈,对此我们已经习以为常。但是专家研究发现,同时做几件事不仅不会提高效率,而且对大脑有害。“一心多用”会影响正常的脑力活动,引发多种疾病。
People often do several things at the same time in their daily life work. For example, we are accustomed to watching television while doing homework or talking to family members while surfing the internet. However, expert studies have found that doing several things at once not only does not increase efficiency, it is also harmful to the brain. “Multi-purpose ” will affect the normal mental activity, triggering a variety of diseases.
