习惯,就其基本含义而言,是指经过长期的重复或练习而逐渐养成的,一时不易改变且经常重复的,进而需要固定下来的自动化的反应倾向或行为方式。良好习惯可以提高人的工作效率、为未来成功奠基坚实的基础。素质教育向来关注良好习惯的培养,而幼儿期则是奠基一生良好习惯的关键期。因此,幼儿教师必需具备有关习惯培养的相关理论与技能。
Habits, in their basic meaning, refer to an automated reaction tendency or behavior that gradually evolves after a long period of repetition or practice, and that is not readily changeable and often repetitive, and thus requires a fixed amount of time. Good habits can improve people’s work efficiency and lay a solid foundation for future success. Quality education has always been concerned with the cultivation of good habits, while early childhood is a critical period for good habits at the foundation of life. Therefore, kindergarten teachers must have the relevant theory and skills related to habit cultivation.
