以丙酮为提取剂,在超声波条件下提取皮革样品中五氯苯酚,考察了超声波萃取的温度与时间对萃取效果的影响。提取液经浓缩、净化、乙酸酐衍生后以气相色谱法测定,以五氯苯酚标准物保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明:方法的检出限为0.05mg/kg,皮革样品的加标回收率为91.7%~96.8%,相对标准偏差小于5.2%。该方法具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等优点,适合于皮革制品中五氯苯酚含量的测定。
Acetone was used as the extractant to extract pentachlorophenol from leather samples under ultrasonic conditions. The effects of ultrasonic extraction temperature and time on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The extract was concentrated, purified, acetic anhydride derivatized by gas chromatography to pentachlorophenol standard retention time qualitative external standard method. The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.05mg / kg, the spiked recoveries of leather samples were 91.7% ~ 96.8%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.2%. The method has the advantages of fast, convenient and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the determination of pentachlorophenol content in leather products.
