3T3L1成纤维细胞在适当条件下可分化为3T3L1脂肪细胞,从而获得成熟脂肪细胞的很多代谢与形态特征。本研究用定量方法分析了在分化过程中3T3L1细胞质膜的变化。用冷冻蚀刻方法发现,在分散和汇合成纤维细胞阶段,细胞表面小凹陷数为1.0个/μm~2,而在脂肪细胞阶段,为10.5个/μm~2。在三个分化阶段,表面大凹陷数无变化,均为0.1个/μm~2。这一结果提示,脂肪细胞阶段与成纤维细胞阶段相比,液相胞饮作用可能显著活跃。
3T3L1 fibroblasts can differentiate into 3T3L1 adipocytes under appropriate conditions to obtain many metabolic and morphological characteristics of mature adipocytes. In this study, the quantitative analysis of 3T3L1 plasma membrane changes in the process of differentiation. It was found by freeze-thawing method that in the stage of dispersing and confluent fibroblasts, the number of small surface depression was 1.0 / μm 2, while in the adipocyte stage it was 10.5 / μm 2. In the three stages of differentiation, there was no change in the number of large surface dents, all of which were 0.1 / μm 2. This result suggests that the lipophilic phase may be significantly more active than the fibroblast phase in the adipocyte phase.
