我厂使用的卡尺多数为三用卡尺,长期以来,我们在复修内量爪尺寸时采用锤击法,锤击法固然简单,但它造成外观有伤痕,破坏了外观,甚至有时断裂损坏,而且敲击所得到的尺寸不易准确,增加了修理时的工作量。我们利用废旧材料,自制了卡尺内量爪修整胎具。胎具的构造如图所示。修整时把卡尺游框放在胎具中固定住,旋转千斤螺杆使斜滑块移动,利用斜面挤压内量爪使之变形。由于活动测杆用弹簧使其测头紧靠量爪,因此改变的量可由杠杆百分表中读出,此胎具经我厂长期使用证明具有如下优点。1.由于装有杠杆百分表能较准确地得到所需要的调修尺寸。
