目的 :用两对特异引物扩增 12株七日热型、澳洲型钩端螺旋体野生株及相应的 2株参考株的 16S、2 3SrRNA基因 ,用Hinf内切酶对扩增产物作MRSP分析。方法 :应用rRNA基因MRSP分析技术。结果 :不同宿主来源 (钩端螺旋体病人、耕牛 )的同一血清型钩端螺旋体野生株之间具有相同的MRSP型 ,同一血清型钩端螺旋体野生株与相应的参考株的MRSP型也相同 ,故七日热型、澳洲型钩端螺旋体属同一MRSP型。结论 :用此法对钩端螺旋体进行快速鉴定 ,初步分类 ,不失为分子流行病学调查的一种有效手段
OBJECTIVE: To amplify the 16S and 23SrRNA genes of 12 strains of seven-day-heat-type, Leptospira interrogans and two corresponding reference strains with two pairs of specific primers, and amplify the products by MRSP with Hinf endonuclease. Methods: The rRNA gene MRSP analysis technique was used. Results: The same serotypes of serotypes of Leptospira interrogans were obtained from different hosts (leptospirosis patients and cattle breeds). The same serotypes of serotypes of Leptospira interrogans were also found in the same strains of serotypes of Leptospira spp. Therefore, the heat on the 7th, Australian-type Leptospira is the same MRSP type. Conclusion: The rapid identification and preliminary classification of Leptospira can be an effective means of molecular epidemiological investigation
