企业(公司)在市场竞争中的因素是多方面的,但最根本的因素则是人的因素。当今国内外企业界都已经把对物的管理,转向“以人为本”的人本管理。在企业(公司)管理中人力资源开发与管理则成为管理的重点。在生产管理的某个环节中,都离不开劳动者,产品是由人创造出来的。所以,社会的财富也是人创造出来的。离开人,人世间什么也做不成。只要重视对人的管理,把人管理好,特别是把人才管理好。
There are many factors in the market competition of enterprises (companies), but the most fundamental factor is the human factor. Today’s domestic and foreign business circles have turned their management of objects to the “people-oriented” humanistic management. Human resources development and management have become the focus of management in corporate (company) management. In a certain aspect of production management, workers are inseparable and products are created by people. Therefore, the wealth of society is also created by people. Leaving people, the world cannot do anything. As long as people pay attention to people’s management, people are well managed, especially talent management.
