随着油田的开发越来越深入,油藏层段的划分越来越精细,在机采井措施挖潜余地变的越来越小的情况下,加强注水井的日常管理,是夯实稳产基础的需要,是“有效益、可持续”发展的需要。近年来,通过生产现场大量的写实数据表明,注水异常井逐年提高,而注水井水嘴堵塞是造成分层注水井注水异常的一个重要原因。本文在论述过程中,详细分析了注水井水嘴堵塞的原因及常见问题,这些问题是管理中客观存在的,也是油田开发过程中必须要及时解决的问题,通过制定详细的对策,在实施过程中取得良好效果,减少分层测试工作量、作业井次,节约作业费用。
