一、前言七十年代以来,随着技术引进和技术改造的发展,大型尼曼蜗杆副也随成套设备被引进来。由于这种蜗杆副具有承载能力大、传动效率高、制造成本较低等优点,而被广泛采用。目前,仅在冶金企业近百流方坯生产线中,尼曼蜗杆副就占80%以上,而且还在不断增加。因此,主机配套的大型尼曼蜗杆副的国产化及备件的提供就成为急待解决的问题。我国是从1982年开始研究多头尼曼蜗杆副的(中心距a=160毫米,z=5),现已初步形成生产能力,产品达到了引进产品的水平。1984年又开始大型尼曼蜗杆副的研制工作,
