一个朋友问我,现在的小说,到底是一个什么样的情况?是不是太边缘化了?似乎纯粹的文学,越来越虚弱无力了。我的回答是,现在中国当代文学回到了它应该在的地方。在八十年代文学具有的代言人的性质在今天几乎消失了,作家甚至只是代表他自己。为什么要让文学承担过多的东西?当代文学不仅没有虚弱无力,相反呈现了接近真正繁荣的时期。
A friend asked me what kind of situation the current novel is? Is it too marginalized? It seems that pure literature is getting weaker and weaker. My answer is that contemporary Chinese literature is now back where it should be. The nature of the spokesman of literature in the 1980s almost vanished today, and the writer even represented himself. Why should literature take too many things? Contemporary literature is not only not weakness, on the contrary showed a period of close to real prosperity.
