田径运动是一切体育运动的基础,它一直都有着运动之母的美称,《高中体育与健康课程标准》要求学生通过体育锻炼来增强体能,并掌握运用基本的体育运动技能,而田径运动作为所有运动的基础,自然也就成为重中之重。为强化学生的体质,促进学生田径水平的提高,笔者试图使用各种策略来提高学生的田径水平。一、激发兴趣,投入田径锻炼《高中体育与健康课程标准》要求教师激发学生运动兴趣,培养学生渐渐养成终身体育的意识,
